Problems Receiving E-mail's from The Italian Touch
If you've tried to contact us in the past but didn't receive a reply, your ISP or e-mail program may be blocking e-mails from The-Italian-Touch.co.uk. Try consulting your e-mail program's help pages to find out how to change or remove the settings that filter or block e-mails. It may also be worth contacting your Internet Service Provider or System Administrator to ask them why you're not receiving The-Italian-Touch.co.uk e-mails.
Note: for security reasons, we can only send a reply to the e-mail address associated with your account. If your e-mail address has changed you should change the e-mail address associated with your account. We cannot provide you with information about another customer's account, even if they are a relative or gift recipient.

Returning or Exchanging Items purchased online
We have every confidence that you will be delighted with The Italian Touch products you have purchased. However if you are not completely satisfied unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned to us at any time within 14 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt or gift receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
To delay may mean you lose the right to a replacement. If the item is not in stock you will be offered an item of equivalent value. If an item is too large or too small we will exchange it for the correct size only on receipt of the original item in the original packaging. You will not be entitled to a refund if you caused any damage to the product yourself.
If you need to return any item to us by post, please ensure you package and label them properly using the return form, so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. Products will remain your responsibility until we receive them.

We want you to be entirely happy with your order, therefore any replacement items will be sent to you free of Postage & Packing charges. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.
Returning or Exchanging Sale Items purchased online
Sale items can be returned within 14 days of receipt to obtain a refund or exchange. Please note that we do not offer a free returns service on sale items and return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. We would recommend that you return sale items by registered post and obtain proof of postage.

Please note that the “ONE SIZE” products are made of soft and very stretchy materials that will usually fit in between three sizes: 8, 10 and 12.
