How to Order

1. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase click on the size you would like or "one size" if it is shown, this will bring up a selection of available colors underneath.
2. Click on the color you would like (your selection is shown in a box under "add to shopping bag" labeled "selected item").
3. If you now click on "add to shopping bag" that item will be put in to your shopping bag. You can view the items in your shopping bag at anytime while you are looking at the site, they are shown on the right side of the screen under the shopping bag title, this tells you the number of items in your shopping bag, a brief description of them, and the total amount of the items so far (in pounds sterling).
4. You now have several options to choose from:
   • View Bag this shows you full details of the items you currently have in your shopping bag.
   • Checkout this is a fast checkout process for previous customers. Once you have made an order you will be given a unique “customer code”, by entering this and your email address the checkout form is pre filled out with your details to make future purchases easier.
   • Make Enquiry if you would like more information or have a question about a product you have added to your shopping bag, this option prompts you to enter your email address, and once you have entered delivery details, gives you a text box to write your query in. This will be sent to us with details of the items in your shopping bag.
   • Save Bag is a good option if you have chosen some products and want to be able to come back to them later. You are able to choose a password that saves your items.
   • CHECKOUT this will move you to a conformation of your purchase, click "checkout" once more.
5. Enter your email address only and click proceed (leave customer code blank).
6. Enter your postcode, billing country and delivery destination. Once these are complete click proceed.
7. Select the type of delivery you would like and click proceed.
8. Now enter your billing address, card details and delivery address, click "make the order" and you will be sent an email with your purchase details and customer code.
   
   You will be given a customer code when you have entered all of your details and made your order, to enable you to track the delivery.
